1.My Morning

I've decided to eat a lot healthier this year just because it helps the body so much more. In the mornings I rarely ate breakfast which isn't the best choice in the morning. This morning was a slow start to the day (8.30am). I decided to make something simple and filling (well for me anyway).

I love to re-read old Vogue magazines as some of them have my fave articles or photos in them. I also use them for trend references when writing new articles and posts.








Today I decided to eat just egg whites (which I slightly hate separating, its so messy) with two small croissants and a banana. To wash this all down I drank the only coffee that I absolutely love which is called Blue Mountain from Jamaica. Its quite expensive (£17.50 for 100g) but it is the smoothest yet richest coffee ever. I love it. 


Lastly, I always forget to take my vitamin D tablets which is bad considering I've finally come off prescribed ones. At one stage my vitamin D count was very low, so I needed a top up, but now I just take normal ones you can buy from your nearest boots or superdrug (drugstores). 


So thats how I started my day. Nice, full and ready to take on anything really.
